Ingredients for two cups of chocolate hazelnut mug cakes:

A cup chocolate hazelnut spread

Eggs- 2

Flour- ¼ cup

Directions:

Take a mixing bowl, whisk together, ¾ cup chocolate hazelnut spread, and the eggs. Fold in the flour. Distribute equally into two mugs. Put them in the microwave for two minutes. Take them out and let them cool down for around 5-6 minutes as the serving should be warm. Frost chocolate hazelnut spread and relish with loved ones.

2. Apple danish

If you bought extra apples and thinking of making a dessert using them, then you've reached the right place. Fresh apples taste great in desserts and are perfect to include in the menu for your guests. Here's how you can make it with just three ingredients.

Ingredients:

Apples (cored, peeled and quartered)- 2

Puff pastry- 2 sheets

Raw caster sugar- 1/3 cup 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 220C. Put the apples in a medium saucepan and sprinkle a little water. Cover it and cook for around 5 minutes and see if the apples are softening. If yes, then remove from heat and stir through sugar. Set aside and let it cool. Cut the pastry sheets in half, divide each half into three even rectangles. Use water on the border of one rectangle. Top it with a spoonful of cooked apple. Now take a different pastry rectangle and cut a few slits across it carefully. Place this piece over the apple. Press the two pieces of pastry together around the edges. Repeat the process to make more such. Sprinkle it with some sugar. Finally, bake for 10-15 minutes and take out to serve when puffed and golden.
