Varun Dhawan, who surely has more than one reason to celebrate his birthday this year, spent his special day having some quality family time. Dressed down in a tank and sweatpants, the actor shared glimpses from home – where he stood smiling over a Basque cheesecake topped with meringue swirls. Decorated with a single lit candle, the actor candidly stated in the caption that, “I ate very lil bit of that cake since I start a new movie very soon so very excited about that!” In addition to this, he also shared an adorable photograph of a biryani meal he was seen enjoying with his mother Karuna, and his pet named Joey.
Varun also cut three different cakes that the paparazzi bought for the occasion – two of which were chocolate cakes of varying sizes. He also posed for pictures with fans who also had a cake made with a picture of his film still imprinted on top. Cakes seem to be on the cards quite a lot for the actor off late, since his wife Natasha is expecting to deliver soon – and had a baby shower for family and friends. Mira Kapoor, who was one of the attendees had also shared a picture of their adorable baby blue cake.
